- Maciej Ligęza Added May 20, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ★The campground is so nice and tidy, with beautiful little trees all around the place. However I'm not sure if there are showers, we couldn't find any. Also, I loved the ocean Beach and the dunes, so cool!
- Sandra Hessen Added May 19, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great campingspot! We stayed there one night. They have toilets without running water, but there's a waterspot to refill your water canisters. It's not drinkable though. The place is very nice located next to a lake where you can go fishing. The campground itself is very spacious and you can light a campfire. It's $7 per night per car and it's honesty pay. There's a guy taking care of the campground looking after everything. We enjoyed staying here.
- Andrew Tan Added April 26, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ★The ride to Macquarie Heads is bumpy as the road is unpaved and lots of small gravel stones. The terrain is with its ups and downs. Between the start of the road to the picnic area, there was a 4km stretch which is unpaved. I need to drive at 25km/hr as I am driving a saloon car. But on my way out, a 4WD just speed ahead of me. At the end of the road, I saw the water edge and a sign that I have arrived. A great experience for me as the road in was quiet and lonely. Great place to go and feel relax and breathe the clean air.
- GXP 150 Added April 25, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ★Stayed here for two perfect peaceful night early feb lots of grassy spaces to choose from some quite private areas. Pick a spot under trees as gets quite hot. great fun driving on beach. 10km dirt road to access but well worth it for so much space. beautiful sunrise too. dump point and bins. caretaker gives great advice on how to access beach and what's spots are level too.
